Refund Policy

At CheckMyCourse, operated by TPHRC PVT LTD, we are committed to delivering quality training programs. We also recognize that certain situations may necessitate refunds. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which students may receive refunds for course fees.

 1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

- Cancellation by the Student: If the student cancels their enrollment within 7 days before the course start date.

- Cancellation by CheckMyCourse: If CheckMyCourse cancels or reschedules a course.

- Unsatisfactory Course Experience: If a student is not satisfied with the course and submits a refund request within the specified timeframe (see section 4).

 2. Refund Timeframes and Deductions

 - Full Refund: 

 - Students are eligible for a full refund of the course fee if they cancel at least 7 days prior to the start of the course. 

 - However, 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be deducted from the total course fee before the refund is processed.

- Partial Refund: 

   - If the student cancels less than 7 days before the course start date, a partial refund may be granted (e.g., 50% of the course fee), subject to a deduction of the  18% GST.

- No refund will be issued after the course has started or if a significant portion of the course has been accessed.

- No Refund: Once the course has commenced, no refund will be granted unless otherwise specified.

 3. Course Cancellation by CheckMyCourse

If CheckMyCourse cancels or reschedules a course, students will have the option to:

- Transfer their enrollment to a rescheduled date or a different course.

- Receive a full refund of the course fee, less the 18% GST deduction.

 4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email at info@tphrc.com or phone at 9037376960 with the following information:

- Your full name.

- The course name.

- Reason for the refund request.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days before the course start date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

 5. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The refund will be issued minus 18% GST, and processing may take 14-30 business days, depending on your payment provider.

 6. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees and charges are non-refundable:

- Registration or application fees.

- Payment processing or administrative fees.

- Materials and resources provided during the course (e.g., books, software, etc.).

 7. Disputes and Appeals

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may appeal by contacting us at info@tphrc.com. We will review your case and respond within 5  business days.
